We accept inquiries through the contact form and problem reports from the app. The formal privacy policy is in preparation, so this page describes how we currently handle this information.

Information sent: Web inquiries include your description, email address, and any attachments you choose. App problem reports include your description, an optional email address, any attachments you choose, and diagnostic information you can review and exclude before sending (such as the app and OS versions, CPU, language and display settings, standardized failure information, the types of your recent operations, and the state and size of the document). Document text, comments, typed text, search terms, file paths, terminal input and output, and environment variables are not attached automatically as diagnostic information.
Purpose of use: To review your message, investigate problems, improve the product, and reply when necessary.
Storage and processing: Submissions pass through and are stored on Cloudflare services, and are reviewed by designated staff. To prevent abuse, the website uses Cloudflare Turnstile, and submissions are rate-limited by IP address.
Retention and deletion: The retention period and deletion procedure will be set out in the formal policy. To request deletion, please use the contact form.
